Shipping Policy

SHIPPING COST:

We offer FREE insured courier delivery through one our trusted partners, The Courier Guy or Fastway Couriers. Free delivery for the next 24hrs ONLY!

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:

Delivery takes 3-7 working days to anywhere in South Africa. 

Once your order is placed, it will then go into processing on the next available working day. Processing takes 3-5 working days. Once complete, your order will be handed over to the couriers whereby they will issue us with your tracking number for delivery.

Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you supplied with us when placing your order.

Please note that working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at our CHAT support helpdesk on the store.

WRONG ADDRESS: 

Remember, if you give us the wrong address and you are not there, the product will be
stored in our store again. You will have to bear the full shipping cost for giving the wrong address.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the
courier and get in touch with our CHAT support helpdesk. 

TAX

We do not charge any kind of tax. 

ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM

After your order has been processed, a waybill number to track your parcel will be automatically e-mailed to you. You can also track your parcel with your order number by visiting our “track your order” page.
